when you have too much think in your head, and it keeps coming out after another, you’ll ended up lost focus and there’s nothing much you had done actually. everything will be messed up. you’ll screw your job, ruined your reputation and always in fear of failing.

1. you dream of something. you want to achieve this and this after few years and you’ll admire someone and wishing you want to be him. but when you look back, you are not sure whether you can get your dream and become like him with your current progress. that is insecurity.
2. you drive a car, but your head is somewhere elses. you can see the car in front and you brake when some kids cross, but you miss junctions and forget where you want to go actually. that is distraction.
3. you have some errands to take care, and other errands comes in, and you forget the first errands and suddenly when you try to recall the it, third errands arriving. then you’ll ended up forgetting everything when your boss call you for a scold. that is overload.
4. you don’t take breakfast, and skip lunches and don’t have any desire to have dinner. you feel hungry and empty but the urge to eat is not there, and you’ll ended up starving. that is crazy.
5. you don’t have any time to write a blog.
6. you avoid social network, but enjoy being alone in your comfy rooms doing nothing.
7. you don’t do talking anymore and easily get upset over small things.
8. you don’t have time to call you friends and family.
9. you treat your responsibility to Him lightly and don’t read the Holy book anymore.
10. you ended up writing/reading something like this at 2am where others are sleep or praying.
